Profile Description

As IT Service Desk Technician, I handle procurement of IT equipment like laptops, mouse, keyboards, monitors, docking stations and others for APAC region.
I handle IT Orientation(meeting) for new hire employees.
I worked with HR, hiring managers and Service Desk manager for new hire onboarding and offboarding.
I'm responsible for installation/uninstall of managed enterprise apps in the company.
I worked with Cybersecurity for machine/mobile device compliance, local machine permission and 3rd party app installation.
I setup network printer, conference room.
I'm handling tickets escalated by L1 Service Desk Technician.
I'm responsible for assigning, creating group, licenses, permission in M365 admin center.
Sharepoint site creation, permission part of my day-to-day task.
Adding, creating, updating permission of end users/stakeholders to distro/groups in AD, Exchange Admin, Endpoint is also part of my role.
Working with other IT resolver group like OT Network/Security, Infra and Cybersecurity is part of day-to-day task.
Providing access to Concur and LMS, adding projects is part of my role.
