I do have experiences Working as Freelance Virtual Admin and IT Engineer or Homebased-Support for more than 10+ years already. I also worked as BPO / Senior Customer Service and Professional Technical Support. Right now, I am looking forward to working as a full-time virtual assistant in your good company. Furthermore, I started my career as an IT Technician in 2010. I had my formal job in Rublou Inc. as an IT Administrator. Working under the direction of senior members, I monitored the overall Network and Software of the system and investigated likely loopholes. Utilizing my academic and professional knowledge, I dedicated 3 years with Sykes Asia Inc. as a multi-skilled Customer Service and Technical Support. I am working in the capacity of Software and Network Operations. Here I gained an opportunity to work in a Business Process Outsourcing environment, improve existing documentation systems and implement stringent measures to improve the overall technical support for the account. I worked as an IT/Engineering instructor at STI College in the Philippines. I had been handling different programming courses for college students.
