I worked 2 years in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative. I've handled different accounts like AT&T Mobility (billing department) , ---------- and Blair catalogue as order entry and a little bit of upselling. I've also handled a B2B lead generation account of a transportation company in North America.
I started to work home based since 2017 as a General Virtual Assistant of a vacation rental company. I do multitasking like Email Support, Customer Service Representative and some Admin tasks like craigslist listing and calendar management.
At the present time , I am in the Real Estate industry working as a Cold Caller/Appointment Setter in different states of US. I have tried using Mojo dialer, Call Tools, Xencall and Podio platforms. And I have been in this industry for five years now and counting.
I can work independently and in less supervision. I am trainable and willing to learn new things along with my journey in working home based. I want a long term, stable job where I can help you build up your business and also help me build my career.
