I have more than 3 years of experience working in the US insurance industry, handling both personal and commercial lines accounts. My experience includes preparing quotes, processing endorsements and renewals, issuing COIs, completing ACORD forms, reviewing applications, and coordinating with clients, carriers, and underwriters. I have worked with different policy types such as General Liability, BOP, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, Builders Risk, Umbrella, DP3, Owner’s Interest Liability, Homeowners, Personal Article Floaters, and Personal Auto policies.
I also have experience working with different carriers and MGAs, which helped me become familiar with different underwriting requirements and agency workflows. I am experienced in using CRM platforms such as EZLynx and AgencyZoom, along with various carrier portals to manage submissions, policy servicing, and day-to-day tasks efficiently.
Before transitioning into insurance, I was part of the BPO industry since 2012, handling customer service and administrative support roles for Billing, Reservations (Airbnb), Telco, and Social Media accounts. These experiences helped me develop strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
