For almost a year being HR personnel, I would say that I can do my role religiously, can work under pressure, flexible and with time management. Being HR personnel I do believe that this job are
more engage to people, that needs leadership, decision making and can communicate well. HR are the heart of organization.
HR do the talent acquisition, screening, assessment and placement, recruitment documentation and reporting. Also
do the employee relation services, employee discipline, coordination and communication.
