I am a security-oriented operations professional with a certified foundation in Identity and Access Management, backed by real-world experience applying those principles in live environments. I hold a Google Workspace Administrator certification — covering IAM, role-based access control, MFA enforcement, and user lifecycle management — and I have applied those concepts hands-on during my time at TaskUs, where I worked in an account security department handling compromised and disputed accounts. My daily work involved investigating account activity, verifying true ownership through behavioral and contextual evidence, and making binding access control decisions — determining who gets restored access and who gets permanently denied. That is IAM in practice, not just in theory.
My technical breadth extends further through my experience at Accenture on a DNS configuration and domain management account, where I supported customers with domain registration, DNS setup, SSL concepts, ICANN compliance, and WHOIS lookups. Understanding how domain infrastructure is structured — and where it is vulnerable — gives me a perspective on network-adjacent security that most support professionals don't carry.
I am currently completing CompTIA certifications through my employer's training program, building the formal credential layer that complements what I already know from certification and operational experience. My trajectory is deliberate: I am moving toward cybersecurity operations and security support roles, and I am doing it with both the classroom knowledge and the real-world judgment already in place.
