Hi, I’m Assumpta Marie Milloren. Most of my background is in customer service and e-commerce. I worked with Mandaue Foam for several years, starting as a Customer Service Specialist and later moving up to an Online Sales Supervisor. I handled order processing, refunds, and chargeback claims, and I also coached my team to ensure customer satisfaction.
While I was there, I also did part-time work as a Virtual Assistant, where I monitored MAP compliance.
After that, I worked remotely as a Customer Service Representative for a construction company. I handled tickets and live chat through Gorgias, processed tax refunds on Shopify and NetSuite, took care of order cancellations, filed UPS and FedEx claims, and answered product questions through TurnTo.
I also had a short experience in healthcare administration, where I verified patient insurance coverage and eligibility. That really helped me sharpen my attention to detail.
Overall, I’d say I’m organized, reliable, and very customer-focused. I enjoy solving problems and helping people, and I’m looking forward to bringing those skills into my next role.
