I’m here to be your all-around real estate assistant, bringing a wealth of experience in various roles within the industry. I have a background in escrow, title, accounting, transaction coordination, and appointment setting. I can support your business in many ways.
Escrow Assistant (7 years): I have extensive experience working in a title insurance company – escrow department. I have experience requesting loan payoff statements, lien & judgment payoffs, HOA documents, NHD reports (CA), utility statements (CA, NV, MO, WA), municipal lien certificates (MA), wire verification, and check preparation. My attention to detail ensures smooth transactions from start to finish.
Appointment Setter (NY): For nearly two years, I worked in the NYC rental market - scheduling showings with agents, gathering tenant criteria, finalizing paperwork, and assisting with securing rentals - all while providing top-notch customer service and communication. The tools/software I used were Follow-Up Boss, CallToAction, Slack, Mojo, and Dialpad.
Transaction Coordinator (CA): As a TC for a California-based real estate company, I managed all aspects of transactions from opening to closing. I acted as the liaison officer between all parties (escrow officer, buyer, seller, cooperating agent, lender, etc.), making sure everyone is updated and has all the things/documents needed. I also ensure that all we’ve collected all the necessary documents and it has all the initials and signatures required. I also handled pre-listing tasks like scheduling the cleaner, photographer, home/termite inspector, septic inspector, and others. I also manage the MLS - making sure it’s accurate with correct status, updating open house details, showing instructions, price update, private remarks update, blocking shows on ShowingTime, etc. Some of my other admin tasks were gathering leads from different website sources, skip tracing for contact information, preparing viewing appointments for buyers, etc. The tools/software I used were SkySlope, MLS, and Ooma.
Accounting Assistant (NY): As an Accounting Assistant, I do bank reconciliation, accounts payable, and cash transactions. I also do some title work during my availability which is on post-closing quality. I make sure all documents are uploaded in the system such as title report, purchase agreement, payoff statements, finalized owners/loan policy, etc. The tools I’m using are SoftPro and Acumatica.
