I began my career in the BPO industry, where I spent two years as a Sales and Customer Service Representative. In this fast-paced environment, I developed strong communication skills, handled high-volume client interactions, and consistently met and even exceeded performance targets. This experience built my foundation in customer relationship management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
My most recent job transitioned into the agriculture industry, where I served for three years as a Sales and Customer Service Manager for a shipping and trading company. In this role, I helped my team in business development, managing client accounts, coordinating logistics for agriculture product shipments, and ensuring smooth communication between suppliers, in-house delivery trucks, third party carriers, and customers.
I gained hands-on experience in handling time-sensitive deliveries, resolving shipment issues, and maintaining service quality—skills that directly translate to freight coordination and logistics support.
To further align my experience with US/Canada and other foreign countries freight and logistics field, I recently completed paid specialized training as a Freight Virtual Assistant. This training equipped me with knowledge of industry terminology, LTL and FTL
dispatching processes, documentation, and the use of carrier websites and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) like Ascend or GlobalTranz. I am confident in my ability to assist with load tracking, rate confirmations, appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate shipment records using your company’s Transportation Management System.
