I’m a logistics and operations professional with 7+ years of experience across customer support, sales, dispatching, and supply chain coordination, working with both US and international clients.
I started in customer support, handling high-volume calls, chat, and email for US-based customers where speed, accuracy, and problem-solving were critical. Over time, I moved into sales and operations roles where I worked closely with clients, prepared quotations, handled rate negotiations, and ensured smooth end-to-end coordination.
Most of my logistics experience comes from trucking dispatch and operations, where I coordinated drivers, shippers, and receivers in real time. I worked with load assignments, scheduling, and used the right equipment based on load requirements and GPS-based tracking systems. I understand how fast things move in logistics, and I’m used to making decisions quickly while keeping everything aligned and on track.
