I currently handle dual roles — serving as an IT Admin Staff while also leading as a Strategy X Supervisor. My work involves both hands-on technical support and team supervision, ensuring that our IT operations and projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Here’s what I do:
Manage and customize Autotask, create users, and assist technicians with workflow and dashboard issues.
Oversee ticketing systems, assign tasks, and ensure client requests are handled promptly and accurately.
Supervise tactical IT projects, making sure they align with company goals and improve overall performance.
Collaborate with different departments to build and implement IT solutions that solve real operational challenges.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring technical problems.
Manage key systems like Remote Desktop Manager, Intwo, Microsoft 365, TeamViewer, and Syncro.
Track KPIs, monitor team productivity, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Handle client communication, including inbound/outbound calls and weekly surveys.
Schedule meetings, remote sessions, and onsite jobs using Outlook Calendar.
