I help remote teams stay organized, hit deadlines, and keep operations running smoothly without adding more complexity.

I have 9+ years of experience across project coordination, operations, reporting, data QA, and process improvement. I’ve managed 150+ projects and initiatives, created close to 100 reports, and worked with distributed teams to turn messy workflows into clear, repeatable systems. My background also includes hands-on analytics work using Excel, VBA, SQL, Python, Power BI, and Looker Studio.

In my previous role, I managed recurring client reports, worked closely with analysts, customer service, and leadership, and helped make sure reports were accurate before they reached clients or executives. I also built reporting automations that saved around 40 hours of manual work per week and reduced many of the common error risks in the process.
