Over the years, I have been entrusted with various roles that have played a pivotal role in shaping my professional growth. I have had the privilege to serve as a supervisor, Distributor's Specialist, Sales Manager, and Operational Manager, with each opportunity allowing me to refine my skills and broaden my perspective. Understanding that each day presents an opportunity to learn and grow, I proactively sought to expand my knowledge beyond sales. Consequently, I ventured into the role of a Document Data Controller, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and PNS standards. This experience ultimately led me to become a Certified Safety Officer, reaffirming my commitment to upholding high standards and fostering a culture of safety.
My journey in the BPO industry commenced two years ago as a customer representative for Techstyle, a membership fashion retailer boasting a portfolio of five direct-to-consumer brands, including JustFab, Savage X Fenty, and Fabletics. These brands offer a wide range of products, including shoes, handbags, jewelry, lingerie, activewear, and denim. Presently, I continue to serve as a customer representative, now working with Comcast Central Division handling billing, retention and sales.
