I am proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce, JIRA, and PEGA, as well as business productivity platforms such as Outlook and Google Workspace. These tools have been essential in managing customer interactions, tracking cases efficiently, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
**Handling Challenging Customer Interactions**
Not every customer interaction is pleasant, and I’ve had my fair share of handling difficult situations. One particular instance that stands out was when I assisted a frustrated customer whose issue had been unresolved for weeks. Despite their initial dissatisfaction, I focused on actively listening, empathizing, and ensuring a resolution by coordinating with different departments. While the experience was challenging, it reinforced my ability to stay calm under pressure, find solutions, and turn a negative experience into a positive one.
