As a Team Manager, I led a team of guest communication agents, developed feedback processes, managed performance reviews, and created recognition programs. I also implemented processes for shift scheduling, guest discounts on orphan nights, dispute tracking, and lost-and-found handling, all while maintaining high standards across guest interactions. My background includes additional administrative responsibilities, such as documenting processes, hiring, onboarding, and training, with a strong focus on supporting cleaners, maintenance staff, vendor coordination, and guest communications.A bit about me: I hold a bachelor's degree in design and online communications and began my career at the ad agency Saatchi & Saatchi. Back then, I never imagined I'd end up in the service or hospitality industry, yet here I am.About nine years ago, I realised agency life wasn’t quite my calling. Looking for a change, I turned to what I knew I could rely on: my knack for words (some even called me an 'excellent bullshitter'—I’ll take it as a compliment!).
