I am an operations and customer service professional with over 10 years of experience across the banking, hospitality and human resources industries. My background includes front office operations, administrative support, payroll processing, customer relations and financial transactions, giving me a well-rounded understanding of both client facing and back office functions.
Through out my career, I have worked in banking as a Service Associate/Bank Teller, where I manage daily cash and non cash transactions, ensure compliance with banking policies and deliver quality customer service. Prior to banking, I built strong experience in hospitality, progressing from Front Office Associate to Front Office Supervisor and Administrative Officer, where I handled gust services, team supervision, operational reporting, scheduling and service improvement initiatives.
I also served as a Human Resources Officer and Payroll Processor, managing payroll administration, employee records, recruitment support, onboarding and HR documentation. This experience strengthened my organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality and ability to coordinate across departments.
