Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the owner, including scheduling and verifying appointments, preparing agendas, and recording minutes of meetings.
Oversee day-to-day business operations such as managing unshipped orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely shipping of products.
Handle customer communications with professionalism, investigating and resolving client concerns while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Monitor customer reviews and ratings; engage with satisfied clients to encourage positive feedback.
Maintain and update financial and operational data, including profit and loss sheets, productivity reports, and supplier invoices.
Audit bills, review performance metrics, and investigate discrepancies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes and address operational challenges.
Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding.
Mentor and coach tea
Utilize strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills to deliver reports and updates to management.
