I hold an MBA and bring a diverse blend of experience across the hospitality, education, and tourism sectors. For nearly four years, I served as a barista at Starbucks, where I earned the prestigious Coffee Master Certification, demonstrating my expertise and passion for specialty coffee.
In addition, I have been a college instructor for the past eight years, teaching in the College of Tourism and Hospitality, where I mentor students and contribute to curriculum development. Alongside my academic role, I work part-time as an online English teacher for Japanese and Chinese students, fostering cross-cultural communication and language skills.
As an accredited community tour guide under the Department of Tourism, I actively promote our city's heritage and attractions, enhancing visitors' experiences. I also participate in research activities as an adviser and panel member, supporting scholarly projects and industry advancements.
Currently, I operate a coffee shop within our school, combining my practical expertise with my academic background to create a vibrant community space.
