I help businesses with my QuickBooks Bookkeeping Expertise in the following skills/tasks:

• Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
• Reconciling sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month.
• Monitoring financial transactions and reports.
• Processing accounts receivable and payable.
• Processing checks.
• Understanding ledgers.
• Working with an accountant when necessary.
• Handling monthly payroll using QuickBooks
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
• Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a company’s tax database
• Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings
• Identify legal tax savings and recommend ways to improve profits
• Ensure clients comply with federal, state, and local tax regulations
• Advise management on the impact of tax liabilities and corporate strategies or new tax laws
• Coordinate outsourced tax preparation work
• Prepare quarterly & annual tax reports
