I have over 7 years of professional experience as Admin Assistant and Customer Service in Real Estate industry. I experienced dealing with different customers who are angry, afraid and of course happy because of their achievement unlocked investments. Building a rapport
with customers is not easy specially when the customers are overseas. I've demonstrated success in responding to customer's telephone and email queries in an accurate and timely Upgrade to see actual infot just that, I always make sure that I addressed all of the customer's concern without lacking empathy since it involved large amount and hard earned money of our customers. I am confident that my oral and written communication skills matched with great customer service will make me an asset to your company.
As an Admin Virtual Assistant and/or Customer Service, I'm confident in my ability to make anything I put in my mind to a success. I work quickly and confidently because I love what I do, I'm extremely motivated and a great manager of time. Furthermore, I am very familiar with using all Microsoft offices, Google products, Slack, Trello, etc. which I know is an advantage in this line if job.
