Over the years of working for US clients in Property Management, I realized that there is so much more to do than just being the typical B2C or B2B associate. I have seen great successes and impactful opportunities in building a company from a start-up, to hitting endless new milestones and exceeding profitability. With this, I have dUpgrade to see actual info to invest my time in learning and experiencing the essential skills needed to oversee the challenges and manage bottlenecks to mitigate profit loss and disorganization.

I have been in the Property Management industry for 7 years and I specialize in 4 major fields:
• Leasing;
• Post-Leasing;
• Business Development Management; and
• Process Creation & Revamp.

Working for Poplar Homes, formerly Onerent Property Management, has pulled me out of my comfort zone and has challenged me to develop leadership & management abilities. I have gained essential skills such as:
• People Management & Organization;
• Training, Coaching, and Upskilling People Development;
• Product & Process Development;
• Creation & Utilization of Resources.

I do acknowledge that Property Management is ever-changing and whatever I have learned may have to be unlearned, but that is what makes this industry even more exciting & challenging. I'm excited to make way for new opportunities and learnings to come my way.
