I have been in the customer service industry for over over 10 years and 6 years of it was for managing and training front-liners, teams, managers and departments and even back-office from how they present themselves to clients to how they should execute tasks.

I have a deep passion for helping people which was triggered, developed and mastered by my career map :

1. Customer Service - Developed my empathy and genuine curiosity to understand what is needed and find the perfect solution.

2. Escalations Manager - Equipped me to handle even problems deemed hopeless.

3. Communications Coach - This paved my path in understanding key components un effective communication.

4. English Tutor - Harnesses my skill in identifying problem areas in one's use of language.

5. Relationship, Life, Career Coach - Made me master bringing out the deep feelings of a person and helping them understand it and express it both verbally and in writing.
