Customer Support (E-commerce & Dropshipping)
-Shopify order management: refunds, exchanges, replacements
-Gorgias & Zendesk ticket handling (email, live chat, social media, Shopify Inbox)
-Reduced refunds & improved retention by turning refund requests into credits or kept orders
-Contacting suppliers for replacements, missing items, or shipping issues
-Handling high-volume queues (120–160+ tickets/day during peak season)

Admin & Data Entry Support
-Google Sheets & Excel tracking (site trackers, order logs, milestones)
-Calendar coordination, documentation, and report updates
-Attention to detail in tagging, organizing, and verifying data
-Strong follow-through with minimal supervision
