I've been in the customer service field for more than 3 years and Client facing tasks. I've handled technical and non-technical campaigns for international companies for Retail, Telco, Sales and Marketing. I've also worked as a Trainer in a BPO company, I had a stint on project management as well. I'm well driven and Detail oriented and as a Trainer I can assure you of my interpersonal skills, management, and decision making. I work with different types of people from different walks of life on a daily basis, I have also worked with people from different countries culture and religion giving me a broader experience in interpersonal skills. As a Trainer I'm in a client facing environment also. I'm familiar with different applications like Google apps and Microsoft office, I've worked as a lead generation analyst in which we get in touch to people from AU, UK and US to get leads and make them qualify as a valuable client or prospect so we can present our product which is a workforce management system. I also want to maximize my skill set and be an efficient linguist in every field where I can showcase my skills and be effective to the team that I'll be working with.
