Hi I'm a mother and also a dreamer with a very passionate in working. In my past working history, I've been in production were I see how bread to be made and the ingredients that they need. After I graduated 2 year course I've been promoted as a encoder/office staff in same private company then starting another role which is auditing our sales everyday tracing our expenses by means of receipt they reimburse to me. Then at the end of the month I will present them a presentation that shows or tell them how much income that our production or company have. The last working history is also about auditing at tracing of sales and expenses but they are different in product in which the last history is a restaurant were I have many and different products that should monitored but at the same time same it is same process the difference only is the number of products that I should know.

Aside from being secretary I've also experiencing how to take care clients and some of our customer especially when our bosses is not yet around. I'm the one who will talk and explain things to them inorder to understand what or how we things in our company at the same time I also answering things they want to us or hear.

Auditing is needing a focus mind to do it well and efficient ,not that fast but should have a accurate result. I do mistake but lucky I traces it and got a good result for my bosses.

Managing time and marking dates in our calendar also part of my previous job. We're I managing the days or due date we need to pay rents,bill example our electric and water bills in branches and especially scheduling my boss meeting to our other partnerships.

Since we have a small business in our country, I do some short video that shows and advertised our business the video shows in how we start the project things that should be needed and a short process how our project being made. I do also finalized video were I input the first pic of the process and the finished product of our work by the way our small business is all about building and constructing.

Email handling is a fine work were I always open the company email for unexpected emails and announcement that we should know or read. Monitoring the email for my fast update.
