I am college undergraduate majoring in Marketing Management with 3+ years of experience in the BPO ( Telecom) . As a Care Expert, I have handled a wide range of customer concerns, including billing disputes, sales, technical troubleshooting, account inquiries, and retention. I am now looking to explore new opportunities where I can leverage my experience, expand my skill set, and transition into a Virtual Assistant role while continuing to grow professionally. 

I have strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and multitasking, along with experience in managing customer accounts, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining customer satisfaction. I am also highly organized and detail-oriented, making me well-suited for administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, scheduling, and general virtual assistance.
