Experienced Sales Support / Customer Service Representative

Manages multiple responsibilities and determines which tasks require immediate attention, organizes large orders while ensuring all tasks are completed on time, collaborates with teams to set realistic objectives and track progress toward achieving them, and keeps clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders informed about updates, deadlines, or changes

Strong verbal and written skills to interact with customers effectively

Performs other duties as assigned, such as assisting Directors and Executive Leadership with any company-related activities and tasks

Works within an ERP system to handle all transactions relating to customer orders and case management

Works closely with the sales team to achieve targets and support client needs.

Juggles multiple tasks like preparing sales documents, processing orders, and managing schedules

Proficient in basic office applications and familiar with ERP software & order management tools

Monitors customer feedback in order to provide recommendations to management regarding products

Ensures accuracy in contracts, reports, and data entry
