Profile Description

Almost 10 years working in a Logistics Company based in Canada. I was a Customs coordinator for 5yrs and my job is to process all paperwork submitted to us and get our client's shipment crossed the border conveniently. Then shift as Logistics coordinator for 3yrs booking trucks shipments, schedule pick up and checking container status. The tools were using are Cargowise, Canadata and Scope.
I then became an Operations Manager for 2yrs handling 3 accounts all are Logistics company. I manage the day to day operations making sure that my team delivers the satisfaction and expectations from our valued clients.
I am also a full time ESL teacher for a year during pandemic and handled kids from different nationalities.
I also work in BPO industry as a Customer support for an insurance company and shift to Technical Support from one of the internet provider company in US.
Lastly, I am also a technical support in a hosting company and gained knowledge in hosting domains, web builders, domain migrations and wordpress.
