Hi, I’m Cy! I’m currently working as a Client Connectivity Services Senior Analyst, mainly handling secure file transfers (SFTP). I focus a lot on troubleshooting connectivity issues and making sure everything stays confidential and secure. I also handle client-facing tickets, so I regularly work with users to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Before this, I worked as a Network Operations Engineer - a role I really enjoyed. It’s where I developed a strong interest in routing and network security. I was responsible for monitoring network performance, handling escalations, and resolving various technical issues. I gained a lot of experience working with tickets involving downtime, routing problems, and other operational i ---------- .
Across both roles, I’ve built solid troubleshooting skills, and I’m very comfortable working with clients, managing tickets, and figuring out the root cause of problems whether it's on the network side or related to file transfers.
