Risk Assessment & Mitigation:
Identifies potential risks associated with customer interactions and transactions.
Develops and implements strategies to mitigate risks and prevent fraud.
Understands the importance of internal controls and their role in safeguarding customer data.
Communication & Collaboration:
Communicates effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
Collaborates with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Explains complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Applies a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
