1. HANDLING INSIDE CONCERNS
Responsible for the organization specially leadership of the sales department.
Plan and cascading new techniques to provide seamless transaction and interacting with clients through calls, chat and email. -Monthly cascading new ideas for improvement.
2. COSTUMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
High volume inbound tickets via Email, Messages and Calls.
Book in requests for appliance service such as repairs.
Answer costumer’s question about merchandise and advice costumers on merchandise selection.
Conflict resolution involving both costumers and retailers
Handling social media platforms for costumer’s suggestions, comments and requests.
Provides services to costumers, such as account information following strict privacy guidelines through inbound calls and written correspondence.
Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
3. SELLING THROUGH CHAT
Responsible for selling our products and always know the product availability and products need to push.
3. WORKING REMOTELY
Responsible employee while working from home.
Finishing tasks and other activities needed, also reporting to superior every time needed.
