I was initially assigned to a financial account, where I handled customer service inquiries through chat support. After one year, I transitioned to a different account, supporting an e-commerce platform and managing customer service queries via chat. Due to my strong performance and leadership skills, I was promoted to Team Leader. In this role, I developed my proficiency in office tools and enhanced my people management capabilities. After few years of experience, I was recognized and promoted to Senior Team Leader. In this position, I managed and guided team leaders in effectively overseeing their teams, communicated directly with clients, and prepared reports for presentation to senior management.
