Operations & Business Support Specialist

I manage day-to-day e-commerce operations with a strong focus on Amazon. My work includes coordinating product research, listings, inventory, inbound shipments, reporting, and performance tracking. I help ensure workflows are organized, tasks are prioritized, and operations continue smoothly even with limited resources.

I create and document clear SOPs for Amazon operations such as product research, sourcing workflows, inventory tracking, inbound shipments, and VA task execution. My SOPs are practical, easy to follow, and designed to reduce errors and improve consistency across the team.

I analyze Amazon data to support operational decisions, including BSR trends, pricing history, ROI calculations, inventory movement, and sales performance. I use data to identify issues, spot opportunities, and guide sourcing and restocking decisions.

I manage Amazon Seller Central accounts, including monitoring account health, managing listings, handling inbound shipments, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with Amazon policies. I’m comfortable navigating Seller Central and resolving operational issues as they arise.

I conduct Amazon product research primarily for Online Arbitrage, Wholesale, and Private Label using tools like Keepa and SellerAmp. My process focuses on profitability, BSR stability, Buy Box behavior, competition analysis, and risk assessment before recommending products.

I handle multiple Amazon-related tasks simultaneously by prioritizing work, setting timelines, and tracking progress through shared tools like Google Sheets, Asana, Trello, and Notion. I often work independently, identify blockers early, and communicate updates clearly to stakeholders.

I assist with creating and managing Amazon listings, including SKU setup, ASIN checks, variation management, and listing updates. I also help coordinate listing fixes, suppression checks, and basic optimization support in collaboration with the team.

I analyze brands and competitors on Amazon to assess market positioning, pricing strategy, listing quality, review patterns, and sales velocity. This helps determine whether a brand or product is worth sourcing or improving.

I manage inventory tracking and inbound shipment coordination, including prep center workflows, shipment monitoring, and restock planning. I help prevent stockouts by tracking timelines and aligning sourcing with Amazon fulfillment delays.

I create marketing assets for Private Label products, including brand logos and Amazon-required images such as main images, secondary images, and infographics. I ensure all visual assets follow Amazon image guidelines and compliance standards while supporting brand consistency and conversion.

I use Google Sheets daily for tracking product research, inventory, inbound shipments, performance metrics, and reports. I’m comfortable using formulas, filters, and structured trackers to support Amazon operations.

I support operational and administrative tasks such as documentation, reporting, coordination with suppliers or prep centers, and internal task tracking.
