I am a Recruitment and HR Professional with 4+ years of experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening, recruitment coordination, and HR operations. I specialise in supporting recruiters and hiring managers remotely — keeping pipelines organized, trackers updated, and hiring timelines on track.

My recruitment experience is high-volume and hands-on. I have sourced and screened 200–400+ candidates, built recruitment dashboards from scratch using Google Sheets, coordinated end-to-end hiring workflows, and consistently met daily sourcing and deployment targets — all while working independently with minimal supervision.
