I Started working on clinical area as Emergency room nurse around 2015 on a secondary hospital for three years wherein I was promoted and worked as Nursing Supervisor for a year then I transferred to a tertiary hospital at 2019 and after a year I was given another promotion as Charged Nurse and OIC duties in the Emergency room area where I stayed for Almost three years . with freelancing experience on real estate industry at 2019 as a cold caller (Lead generator) for two years and another year as Junior Acquisition manager after my promotion. on May 2022 (recent) started working on a home health agency based on Florida as a Clinical reviewer and stayed for three years. I handled reviewing documents from doctors offices and facilities, woundcare supplies coordination, patient chart updates and Clinicians/staffing communications. with experience on using dialers, CRM's, Axxess and kinnser/wellsky (patient chart), Careport/navihealth portals and MS tools.
