1. BOOKKEEPING: Journalize day-to-day transactions. Posting to ledger. Preparation of invoice and billings. Bank reconciliation.

2. ACCOUNTING: Accounts Receivable and Payable management. Preparation of Financial Statements. Financial Analysis and Reporting.

3. TAXATION: Preparation, filing and payment of taxes monthly, quarterly and annually in accordance to the BIR regulations.

4.  PAYROLL: Designing an Excel template in accordance with the government mandates and accounting standards

5.  EXCEL TEMPLATE: Use Functions (Look-up, Match, Index, Array), Pivot Tables and
utilize keyboard shortcuts. Design accounting and payroll system.

6.  ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE: QuickBooks Online – set-up account and charts of accounts. Categorized and match daily bank transactions. Journalize necessary entries. Reconcile bank statement. Generate financial reports. Clean account; QuickBooks Desktop – Create Invoice. Clean account.

7.  ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Set up calendar appointments, meetings and daily tasks. Organize email inbox and contacts, draft, set-up templates and schedule emails. Utilize and organized Google drive for electronic files ensuring easy access and retrieval. Establish Standard Operating Procedures for the company. Coordinate with the president for matters happening within the business and act as a reminder for her business and personal matters and schedules.

8. OPERATION SUPPORT: Oversee operation. Data entry and migration from
one system to another. US Hotel itinerary bookings for a travel agency.

9. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT: Reconfirmation and
asking inquiries of US hotel bookings of customers for a travel agency. Liaise
to different government agencies, customers, partners and suppliers.
