Profile Description

I'm a licensed Agricultural
Engineer, Real Estate Broker and Appraiser (PRC) here in the Philippines.
I do valuation of real estate properties (agricultural, residential, commercial, industrial etc.). I also sell foreclosed properties. I'm very knowledgeable in real estate transaction. I have a deep understanding of housing, commercial loan including acquisition of foreclosed properties.

My main job as an appraiser here in the Philippines are as follows.
- Under general supervision, plans the fieldwork, identify/define the type of properties, gather/collect, verify, select and performs analysis of data, determines the highest and best use, applies the three approaches to value (Market Approach, Cost Approach and Income Approach) as deemed applicable, reconciles the values and prepares the
- Appraisal Report of the defined value on housing, cottage industries projects,
commercial/institutional/real estate development projects, housing development projects, real estate and complex civil works projects, and complex plant machineries and equipment;
-Conducts ocular inspection and prepares Progress Monitoring Report on the percent accomplishment of the project.
-Prepares the Title Verification Report upon receipt of Certified True Electronic Copy (CTEC) of the TCT.
-Prepares reports of findings, submits recommendations, and does other work that may be assigned.
