web applications, business platforms, and complete end-to-end user workflows. I
spent almost 9 years in the fintech industry and served as an IT Manager for 6 years, giving me strong technical, analytical, and leadership skills across both QA and system/application management.
What I can do:
Functional, regression, exploratory, smoke, sanity, and integration testing
Cross-browser and cross-device compatibility checks.
Reviewing requirements and identifying gaps, risks, and edge cases
Creating clear and detailed test cases, scenarios, and bug reports
Documenting issues using screenshots, screen recordings, and complete reproduction steps.
Collaborating with developers, product owners, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams.
Basic API testing and validation using Postman & Swagger.
How I work, I am detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven, with a strong focus on ensuring every release is stable, user-friendly, and aligned with business requirements. I can work independently, communicate clearly, and quickly adapt to any tools or workflows your team uses.
