Profile Description

I have an extensive experience as an HR Onboarding & Compliance Specialist for US Healthcare Staffing agencies. I also completed some Data Entry gig and was commended for working fast while keeping things accurate.
I also worked as a Recruiter, I specialized in hiring US RNs, LPNs, CNAs, RRTs, CRTs, and more for travel/contract jobs. 
I have gained a thorough knowledge in strategic sourcing, email management, and effective ways in communicating potential candidates. I can confidently navigate Applicant Tracking Systems (Laboredge/Salesforce/Ceiphal/Bullhorn), Conduct interviews, edit PDF documents, and use various communication tools. I also worked in the Compliance/Onboarding Department that helped me get a deeper understanding of the entire hiring process. I helped the HR Manager in running the Background check, coordinating pre-employment exams with clinics and monitoring the results, making sure that the licenses and other requirements are updated and valid before their start dates. I have been exposed to both the rewarding and the challenging part of the job so I know what to expect and do in major circumstances.
