Hi! I’m Yuki Cordero, a Tech Virtual Assistant and AI Automation Assistant with a Computer Engineering background. I help businesses automate workflows, organize CRM systems, manage Google Sheets trackers, document processes, support web updates, and improve lead follow-ups.
I have experience in remote operations support, ticket tracking, data organization, technical documentation, digital marketing assistance, and stakeholder coordination. In my previous role, I helped track and organize 300+ utility locate records, maintained trackers for 100+ active requests, and supported clear updates between teams.
I also have hands-on project experience building an AI Appointment Setter using n8n, Zapier, Google Sheets, Gmail, CRM tools, and Google Calendar. This workflow captures inquiries, qualifies leads, sends follow-up emails, updates records, creates tasks, and books appointments. I also developed a Custom POS System using React, Firebase, and Firestore for order management, inventory tracking, sales reports, and business operations.
