Profile Description

I graduated in Information Technology, I work as a Web Developer (Laravel/WordPress) and Android Developer for almost 3 years(just see my CV for my projects). Most of my project as a Programmer is all about "e-commerce". I am a Virtual Assistant for almost 2 years, I was a chat/email support, and I also input Customer Details on Daylite and Evernote. My job in my previous employer is to chat support they asked a question to me via chat Zendesk/Freshdesk regarding on their account (affiliate account) and if I didn't know the answer I forward them to their Account Manager and then if the Account Manager has an answer I will email/call the customer. I have experience also in Excel or Google Spreadsheet, Gmail, Google Upgrade to see actual info addition, I was also doing a fake profile, a fake description, and a fake chat on a Dating Site (ADMIN). I am also an Accredited Real Estate Salesperson here in the Philippines from the Philippine Regulatory Commission. My work as a Real Estate VA, I manage listing/posting/advertisement in Facebook/property24/lamudi, etc. I am also the one who edits the video(Power Director) and picture (Adobe Photoshop)I am also the one who manages the leads and appointment setter. I also do a data gathering of any Real Estate Property from other platforms(website/social media) using Microsoft Excel for my future references. I call the owner of the property if it is still available, or they want to sell their property, I also follow up buyers.
