I've done mostly Customer / Technical Support for a number of companies over the past decade and a half. I've had a go at most CRM's out there, such as Siebel, Remedy and Coffee to name a few. I take pride in my people skills and have been distinguished more than a few times in the past. I have also done freelance writing / editing work too and I sometimes tutor English on the side as well.
I am very independent with a no-nonsense approach to projects, meaning I'm willing to do what it takes to get a job done: perfectly and on time. I want a long-term, stable engagement wherein I can hone my skills and help your business grow.
