I’m a detail-oriented and reliable professional with experience in operations support, certification management, and technical roles. I currently work as a Certification Assistant, where I manage end-to-end processes including assignment tracking, exam coordination, results release, and candidate support. I regularly use tools like Zoho CRM, ClickUp, and Accredible to ensure smooth workflows and accurate record-keeping.

Previously, I worked as a Security Engineer Associate, where I analyzed security incidents using SIEM tools, handled alerts, and supported 24/7 operations. This experience strengthened my analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.

I also have a background in HR, sales, and data management, which gives me a well-rounded skill set in administrative support, customer communication, and reporting. I’m experienced in handling emails, managing databases, preparing reports, and coordinating with different teams.

In addition, I have knowledge in WordPress development, HTML/CSS, MySQL allowing me to support both technical and creative tasks when needed.
