Hi, I'm Krissel, a Healthcare Administrative Support professional with experience in patient records processing, healthcare documentation, and administrative support.

At Aventus Medical Care, I processed and reviewed more than 80 PEME and APE records daily using EMR and DRS systems. I worked closely with doctors, nurses, medtechs, radtechs, and medical records teams to help ensure documentation was complete and accurate before final processing. I also supported the release of over 100 medical results daily while maintaining confidentiality and documentation standards.

My experience also includes legal administrative support, where I prepared affidavits, deeds of sale, compromise agreements, and managed confidential client records. Prior customer service experience strengthened my written communication, problem-solving, and client support skills through high-volume email support environments.
