I am a logistics professional with experience in Freight Forwarding and training in Freight Virtual Assistance and Freight Dispatching.

I have knowledge of end-to-end shipment processes including shipment coordination, tracking, booking, documentation, communication with carriers and brokers, and customer support. During my freight forwarding experience, I handled shipment monitoring, coordination with overseas agents and clients, and maintaining accurate shipment updates.

I also completed Freight Virtual Assistant and Freight Dispatch training where I learned load board navigation, rate negotiation, dispatch operations, driver coordination, appointment scheduling, and shipment tracking. I am familiar with logistics systems and documentation workflows and I am eager to continue growing my skills in international freight operations.
