With over 13 years of experience in IT support, cloud administration, and customer service, I bring a rare combination of technical depth and people skills to every role I take on.

Currently working with an MSP serving clients in Australia and the US, I manage cloud environments across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace — handling everything from user provisioning and offboarding to backups and remote monitoring. I'm comfortable working independently across time zones and consistently deliver high-quality support, maintaining a 4.5 CSAT score while handling 20–35 technical tickets daily.

My background spans IT service desk operations, knowledge base management, quality assurance, and training — giving me the ability to not just solve problems, but document solutions and teach others to do the same. At DXC Technology, I built and maintained an entire L1/L2 knowledge base and led onboarding for new technical hires. I've also worked as a Virtual Assistant for a US-based client, managing 40,000+ email records, running outreach campaigns, and coordinating cross-timezone scheduling.

On the tools side, I'm hands-on with Datto RMM, Kaseya, ITGlue, Autotask, ServiceNow, Azure, Active Directory, Okta, Salesforce, and more. I hold Microsoft Azure certifications (AZ-900, DP-900), a Google Workspace Administrator certification, and a Cyberwarden certification — with CompTIA A+ currently in progress.
