In my most recent position, we provided bookkeeping services to small and medium-sized businesses several industries. Eventually, I successfully introduced them to accounting software and trained one of their team members to manage bookkeeping and generate reports.

I started as a Certified Consultant of MYOB back in 2003 and have been successfully utilizing, selling, implementing the solution, and supporting clients ever since.

Our accounting software is designed to enhance processes, and we are dedicated to ensuring that each project undergoes a thorough business process review. By identifying gaps and offering solutions, we guarantee that our software is utilized effectively.

I have been utilizing HubSpot CRM since 2015.

Our lead generation campaigns incorporate digital marketing strategies, including email marketing. I have been proficient in utilizing Hubspot CRM since 2015 and have extensive experience with its features.

Assisting the entire team with implementation, pre-sales, and post-sales engagements is a key aspect of my role in Administration.

As the Managing Consultant of a software consulting company, I am responsible for overseeing the entire operation and team management. This includes tasks such as scheduling, creating timelines, and handling customer interactions. Ensuring that the team is well-trained and excels in their assigned roles is a top priority. Additionally, managing relationships with vendors, team members, and customers is a daily aspect of my role.

I have successfully managed implementation and training projects for Quickbooks across various industries. Prior to taking on this role, I am required to possess an expert level of proficiency in the software.

In 2010, I underwent training for SAP Business pre-sales and sales functions, which eventually led me to become involved in implementation and user training.

I have extensive experience in content marketing, email marketing, and some proficiency in social media marketing. I am capable of producing videos, designing ads graphics, creating templated landing pages and websites, as well as executing email marketing campaigns and related tasks.
