I've been in the BPO industry since 2009
performing different tasks, as a human resource personnel, inside sales agent,
telemarketer and as a virtual assistant. I've worked with different clients and
I am confident that I was able to meet their expectations. Since 2015, I've
worked as a virtual assistant for an Australian and US Real Estate companies. My
role covers a wide range of area, depending on what my employer requires me. I
was tasked with administrative stuff, appointment setting, marketing/advertising,
designing, database management, contract preparation and as a client liaison.
With years of experience, rest assured that I can easily take on nearly any role
I am assigned with. I am familiar with a lot of systems and CRMs like
Infusionsoft now called KEAP, Top Producer, Dotloop, Salesforce, Trello,
Mailchimp, Five9, and many more. I was also
an inside sales agent of Microsoft Office 365 so I can boast that I am
proficient with it.
To keep my skills and knowledge up to date, I regularly attend online
trainings. Recently, I just had a Real
Estate Virtual Assistant mastery training which helped me have an in depth
understanding of the real estate industry both local and overseas. I also had a training on Social Media
Management that helped me become more competent with
LinkedIn and Pinterest management.
