Hi, I’m Jeffrey Evangelista, I’m an Information Technology graduate from ICCT Colleges, My recent job is from Teleserv Asia as a Desktop Support Specialist, I have 6 years of experience in this position.
I can serve as a IT helpdesk, encoder, providing assistance and information in a wide range of topics based on the knowledge I've been trained on. I am capable with having a experience in hardware, software and also on basic knowledge in network. We used to handle Sales Representative problem by using a ticketing system, conduct a remote or local troubleshooting.
I can assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving in various areas, from technical issues to general inquiries, by providing step-by-step instructions and guidance. I have the ability to work well on team, and work in a fast paced environment and I am also willing to learn and open to any Ideas that can improve myself as well as the company is concern.
