I worked as a call center agent for almost four years as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative for western countries like USA and Canada handling multiple accounts like Healthcare (Well-Care), Telco (BELL CANADA) , Retail (TARGET) and as HR support for Package delivery account (UPS).
I am currently a freelancer for two years providing media services like dubbing/voice acting in movies/series to our local language (FILIPINO/CEBUANO) , Writing and adapting foreign scripts to our local language and as an Audio Engineer recording voice actors/actress using Pro tools software. I currently own a decent PC and would to use this as a tool to work from home.
