Profile Description

I sincerely feel that my experience of more than 8 years as a Virtual Real Estate Transaction Coordinator/Listing Coordinator and more than 10 years in real estate now will be highly beneficial for this position.
?In my previous roles, I have successfully managed:• Service 25 real estate agents doing 60 to 70 transactions at a time from contract to close

- LISTING COORDINATION
• Prepare CMA reports for agent presentation to seller
• Review listing documents for accuracy
• Assist seller clients fill out and complete all listing required disclosures and send documents via Docusign
• Coordinate/schedule for professional photos
• Coordinate/schedule for signage/post installation
• Enter listing in the MLS
• Setup showing time
• MLS listing maintenance including schedule open houses, listing status & price change

- TRANSACTION COORDINATION
• Review Transaction documents for accuracy
• Send out an intro email to all parties involved and introduce as the main point of contact for the said transaction and provide important transaction details including computed contractual deadlines.
• Facilitate inspections per Agent’s instructions
• Address Extensions/Addenda per agents instructions and obtain signatures
• Effectively communicate to all parties involved of any changes/updates all throughout the transaction
• Ensure all transaction deadlines are met in a timely manner
• Ensure all Broker required documents are compiled and submitted timely for compliance including disclosures applicable for each transaction
• Monitor transaction progress to ensure we anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise, enabling seamless coordination and timely completion.
• Order Home Warranty if applicable
• Review settlement statement to insure accuracy and coordinate schedule closing with client and title/escrow company
• Gather property utility information to be provided to the buyer for easy transition
• Coordinate/schedule for signage/post removal and listing status update (listings)
• Collect Zillow review
